Assistant Manager Financial Reporting

Graduate (BBA FINANCE), member of professional accountancy body will be preferred.

Location:

Head office, Karachi

Essential Duties:                 

  1. Supervise summary of Western Union , RIA and other Payments made of all Branches on daily basis
  2. Reconciliation of payments with Western union & RIA
  3. Supervise and prepare transfer of Western Union , RIA commission income to related branches at month end
  4. Prepare and supervise of bank reconciliation inter branch reconciliation of all FCY and PKR accounts on monthly at Head Office level and branch level.
  5. Prepare and supervise with proper authorization of all  accounts / finance entries at Head Office and Branches
  6. Prepare and supervise monthly payroll vouchers
  7. Deduction, payments and reporting of withholding taxes
  8. Proper identification and recording of all JV,BPV and transfers vouchers
  9. Reporting & Coordinate with external & internal Auditor, SECP, FBR, SRB, Tax Consultant and other external regulator & vendors periodically.
  10. Preparation of monthly , quarterly and annual accounts and its analysis
  11. Any other assignments / Tasks assigned by supervisor
